Spring is here, and that means new escapades!
Everyone in my house has got the spring fever. Kirsten is making all these yummy warm-weather foods, even though it's only about 80 degrees out. Pssh, I'm not complaining.
Leah asked the other day if we'd help her with her solo for the play that she's going to be in, and like the brilliantly angelic sisters that we are, we all said "Yes! Of course we will, dear sister!" in perfect harmony around the dinner table. What? Not realistic. Pssh...
(Kit, be quiet. Pssh is SO a word.)
Now, since it's finally warm outside, the lot of us decided to go out there to do the practicing. Kirsten brought a picnic basket and a blanket to sit on. We lived on a hill that overlooks a pretty meadow, so it was just the right place to set up. Kirsten wore that straw hat of hers with the black ribbon and cherries and looked about three times prettier than anyone else in the party. Everyone else professed to be as unladylike as possible (Seriously? Who has time for sitting and not getting your skirt dirty?).
We helped Leah like we said, but somehow the afternoon turned into a major singalong from every single musical that we had ever watched in our lives. With six of us to sing (and we're all pretty good, I'd wager), we could have lots of parts and harmonies and all that good stuff. A special favorite with us right now is Les Miserables, and so we did One Day More for the big finale. I'm sure that if anyone had been listening, at least three girls would have died from embarrassment on sight, but we didn't see anyone except birds.
I like to imagine that we all sort of looked like this, laying on the grass and singing:
Yeah. Probably should have brought my guitar...
Love,
Julie

Julie
Woah! Sorry about that, guys. I'm teaching Kit how to use Blogger. She's figured out how to use Microsoft Word to type up her stories, but as to the internet, she's clueless.
Kit: am not
Julie: So I hope you won't mind if she tries her skills out on the blog!
Kit
Hello everybody! My name is Margaret Mildred Kitteredge but I find that namerevolting lengthy so I'd appreciate it if you called me Kit. I've been living here for a good year now and everything is going wonderfully. I love the new technology these days...my word! Do any of you watch TV? It's amazing!
Julie: Pretty sure we ALL watch TV, Kit...
Pssh, Julie just doesn't get it. She always had TV because she was born in the '70s! She doesn't know what it's like not to have it!
*Kirsten walks in*
Hey you two monkeys, I need to use the computer to look up an Ina Garten recipe. Are you busy?
Julie: Kit's learning the ropes of Blogger. She's a natural!
*Leah bursts in*
GUYS GUYS GUYS GUYS GUYS
Julie: Errr
Kit: What's on fire this time??
Leah: No no nothing's on fire! I GOT THE PART!
Julie: Oh, Leah's been auditioning for some part in our local stage production society thing.
Let's all give a round of applause to LEAH!
*clap clap clapping all around*
Leah: Thank you, thank you.

The Curse of Tea
Julie
Guys.
You're gonna hit us upside the head, aren't you? Seriously, we should be thrown overboard for doing this. Neglecting our blog is indeed a criminal felony. And for that, I blame Elizabeth.
Elizabeth: WHAT?!
Julie: Face it, Liz, it's your fault.
Elizabeth: I repeat. WHAT?! All I've been doing for the past month is making tea, doing schoolwork, making tea, watching Star Trek (ahh, Tom Paris...) making tea, watching the chicks, maki...
Julie: I GET IT. You've been making tea. And that's why it's your fault. Because the fact of the matter is that I've drunken so much tea in the past few months that I forgot to blog. Yep. Don't look at me like that. Because tea has properties that make you forget things, and sometimes it even makes you sleep for like a year at a time and then your blog just goes to ruins. And see, YOU make the tea, so it's your fault!
Elizabeth: *glaring* That's the biggest batch of hog-wash I've ever heard. Have a cup of tea, it'll make you feel better.
AUGHHHH!!
Save me, beloved followers, from tea!!
....
Hello everybody, it's Kirsten. I'm afraid that Julie has run off and didn't finish the post, so I decided that I'd do it for her. We have some new charges--a batch of chicks that were delivered to us as a school project. It's round-the-clock work taking care of them, but they're adorable and we all love them. It'll be a pity when they grow up to be huge chickens, because we won't be able to take care of them then. Our house is too small! Anyways, I'll post a picture whenever Leah teaches me how to upload files. Ta-ta!

This isn't turning into my blog or anything like that....
But hey. It is officially spring. SPRING. SPRING. SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*cough* sorryIjustgetreallyexcitedwhenwinterisover...
Yeah.
We have been relocated yet again. Now we are on a charming little shelf in Quinlyn's room. I'm squished with all the other AG girls and at this point, Millie, too. I have on my roller skates, though, so I look about two inches taller than Kit who is right next to me. I can't wait till I can go outside and rush around in a sea of yellow and blue and flying platinum blond hair and just have a blast. I'm gonna ask all the girls what they're going to do when we get to go outside.
*muted conversing among the dolls*
Comments from moi in parentheses. (LIKE OMW I SPELLED THAT WORD RIGHT I AM AWESOME ANYWAY ON TO THE SURVEY)
Kirsten: Pick berries. And take walks. And go to the woods. And cook Spring foods!! (And I can't wait to EAT your spring foods, Kirsten. :D)
Jessica: Pway wif Sam and be cwazy! And quiet at the same time! (Isn't that, impossible?)
Leah: I want to take a walk, too, and listen to music and sing where no one can hear me! And then I want to go inside and eat Kirsten's spring foods. (Awww Leah, we want to hear you! Just don't sing any Metal and we'll be okay.)
Elizabeth: Make tea. (Is that all, Elizabeth?) Yes, that's all. (-_-) Oh, and I want to put on my summer hat and watch the ribbons fly! And blow bubbles.
Felicity: Ride Penny! Duh, Julie, you know that. Why are you taking this survey anyway? (Felicity's one of my BFF's, so we know each other pretty well.)
Kit: Work on my novel. I'm almost finished!! And I want to play baseball, too, and Robin And I'm going to have to put up some preserves, but who wants to do that? (Kirsten: Oooh preserves.)
Anyway, there you have it. I smell good things coming from Quinlyn's kitchen, but I can't get off the shelf to see what's happening without one of those enormously big giants of people seeing me. I'm gonna go grab a CD and rock out. :D
Love and puppies,
Julie

I'm getting tired of this.
Julie
Yo guys,
It's Julie, but you probably guessed that. Things have been crazy around here lately! We've been on the move from one house to another and so basically us dolls have been re-located. Our room is no more. :P I don't even have Coconut with me at the moment! Right now we're all in the living room with Kit's stove and food, so we're not starving, but it seems that all Kirsten does is cook and all Elizabeth does is make tea. I fail to see why that girl is so obsessed with tea. It's not even that good!
Kit Kitteredge has moved in with us. She hasn't really found a place here, per say, but I'm sure she's going to get used to us soon enough. She likes to write and she has opinions and a bob haircut...I wonder what it would be like to have a bob haircut. It might be fun. I am kind of jealous of her, getting her picture taken a lot and all, but I'm okay. Maybe we can be good friends. Felicity and I hit it off, so who knows?
AHHHHH! Elizabeth's making MORE tea! Does that girl ever stop?! I'd think she'd be swimming in it by now! I refuse to drink more than one cup a week of Elizabeth's tea. She's gotten it down to a science but it doesn't mean I have to like it. Elizabeth, if you're reading this, your tea thing is out of control!
Wish us luck on getting our furniture all back or at least more settled. I'd rather not sleep on the floor anymore.

Summer Vacay!
Julie
Hey Peeps!
Sorry we ain't posted in like...forever...yeah. I'm not even going to say the whole "we need to post more on here" thing, even though it's true.
We're on summer vacation! :D Only it's not much of a summer vacation because we can't go outside because of smoke from Arizona fires. Blech. :P So I stay inside and play with Coconut. Quinlyn has been doing our hair a lot. Felicity has this pretty French braid style and mine is just straight and has no style currently. LOL Q likes it down...and I do, too.
So yeah...do any of you have ideas for posts? :D
Love,
Julie

Hello :)
Felicity
Good Day Everyone,
I am just learning how to use a computer. Tis' lovely here and Elizabeth and I are very happy. I'm so glad that Penny and Patriot came with us, otherwise I'm sure I should pine away for them and them for me!
I have yet to try on the modern clothing here. Elizabeth has but not me. Quinlyn says she is dying to put me in her AG Place Dever shirt-whatever that means....
See you all later,
Felicity Merriman

OMW!!!!!
Julie
Hey Everyone...
*hides face in shame* yes I KNOW we've neglected this blog and yes I KNOW you're all about to pummel us and I KNOW that you're tired of me saying I KNOW so I'll just get on with it.
There are two new dolls here.
Yeah, I said it. I'm awesome.
BUT ANYWAY! YES! TWO. NEW. DOLLS. Major shock, eh? Their names are Felicity and Elizabeth. Good girls. Felicity's way into horses and she brought hers with her. I thought Elizabeth was a mouse but after she broke her foot (don't ask) I could see she has an attitude. But she's very sweet...looking, at least.
They're best friends and they look NOTHING alike. Only their eyebrows are the same. Opposites but I kind of like them. I want Felicity to teach me how to ride. :D
Whelp I guess that's all for now....oh, you want to see pics of them? Go to Quinlyn's Picasa. They have a whole album dedicated to them!

Oh no!!
Leah
Hi Guys...
Kirsten's sick!! Well it's not exactly confirmed yet but she's absolutely exhausted. It all started when she got up from her sewing to make dinner, like she always does. She was cleaning the house most of the day while Julie and I were walking Coconut. When we came back all seemed to be normal, but then Kirsten got up and she almost fell over. We could tell she was super tired and we made her go to bed. She's resting right now, but she has also been reading her Meet Rebecca book. Julie said she'll take care of everything and now she's making her "famous" grilled cheese and tomato soup. I'm looking forward to see how it tastes...lol...
Anyway, I wouldn't admit it to anyone but I'm kind of worried about Kirsten. She works so hard and she's never really gotten sick. Julie said that before I came, when all the H1N1 was going around, she thought Kirsten had it but it turns out she didn't. She's a tough pioneer girl. But yes, I AM worried....
Got to run, dinner (or whatever Julie calls it...) is done. Chances are we'll be taking Kirsten to the doctor tomorrow if she isn't better, even though she'll protest...
Love, Leah

SNOW!!!
Julie
Hey dudes and dudettes!!!
So yesterday it SNOWED!!!! It was SOOOOO epic! Leah and Kirsten and I got bundled in our coats and we piled out there. :D I was soooo excited to be out in the first snow of the year! I jumped around and threw snowballs and made a snow angel. Then us girls got together and built a snowman! We found some stems for arms and rocks for eyes and buttons. It was too small for a mouth and we had no carrots. The nose was kind of shaped into the snow, and it looked like a penguin. Snow Penguin. Hahaha! Here are some epic pictures:
Let it snow!
After that we were soooo cold and wet. Seriously, we were wet. Quinlyn, not wanting a visit from DPS, immediately dried us off and took off our wet clothes even before changing herself! Kirsten was wet down to her skevvies (insert Kirsten screaming at me that they're called pantalettes here). Leah was the warmest, as she had on a sweater under the coat. I was freezing, but I didn't really care considering when it snows that's the only time I can pummel Leah and Kirsten and not get grounded. :D
Anyway after we dried off we huddled in some blankets and sat around the Christmas tree, since we don't have a fire. But there were so many lights on it it generated enough heat for us. I had to share my blanket with Coconut. He's quite spoiled. But when I look into that wittle cute face of his I just can't say no!!!
After we got warmed up Kirsten made soup for dinner and Leah turned on the TV to Hallmark channel, which is basically our life during Christmastime because of all the awesome movies!! Our new favorite is An Old Fashioned Christmas. I've seen it twice already and I want to see it again. Kirsten and Leah love it even more than I do, to the point of jumping out of their seats and screaming at the exciting parts and sighing crazily during the romantic ones. At those times, I get a re-fill on popcorn, which saves me from getting jumped on if Leah gets a bit too excited. Kirsten is far too refined to jump on me. Unless she knows something I don't...*looks suspiciously over shoulder*
So that was our snowday!
Cya guys later-it's time for lunch, and I have to go tell Leah that she'd better not start the movie without me!!
Love you guys,
Julie Albright

Happy Saint Lucia Day!
Kirsten
Hello Everyone!
So sorry we haven't posted! We have been very busy lately. Quinlyn did indeed get a new doll for her birthday, but it turned out to be a girl called Suzannah from a company called Ginger Brook Hollow! She says that if you go to her blog, you can see pictures of her. She's lovely, but we haven't been personally introduced to her yet. From what I read from her book, I think we would get along quite nicely. I think today I shall go over and introduce myself and bring some of my leftover Saint Lucia buns with me. :D
Speaking of Saint Lucia, Happy Saint Lucia day!! :) This morning I woke up at 4:00 AM and woke Leah and Julie up with Saint Lucia buns and tea. Julie didn't care for getting up so early, but one she smelled the buns she didn't really care. Leah had no idea what Saint Lucia day was so the poor dear thought I was an angel from heaven in my white dress and shining crown. I believe Quinlyn took some pictures so expect them later. :)
Well, I suppose that's about it...see everyone later!
Love,
Kirsten Larson

New doll??? EEK!
Julie
Hey Guys,
So basically the title says it all....tomorrow is Quinlyn's birthday and we're all kind of running around crazy to see if we get a new sister or not. Kirsten's making a cake, even though she knows Quinlyn can't eat it because it's not real for her. And Leah is kind of hopping around weirdly. She has no idea what it's like when a new doll comes, so she's kind of nervous and excited at the same time. Me? I'm like...OY NOT ANOTHER DOLL!! Since I'm the second one here I watched ALLL the ALOF girls AND Leah come. I'm just hoping that the new girl, if she comes, is nice. The last thing I need is a snob around here!
Another thing: She might have to sleep UPSTAIRS! Cause with four dolls in this one little corner it's crowded enough...EEK! We'll have to toss her something warm-it's cold up there unless you turn the heat on, and dollies can't reach the buttons. LOL
Well since there have been NO pictures on here yet, I'm going to post one of me, so you can all know what I look like:

Good morning!
Leah
Hello Readers :)
My name is Leah and I'm the newest doll here in Happy Valley...it's pretty early here and Kirsten and me are the only ones up. She's making breakfast (pancakes-Yum!) and I'm sitting here in the living room, on our laptop, blogging. It's a lot more fun then I thought it would be. Kirsten told me that people post COMMENTS about what you say in your posts. I was happy about that. :)
Right now we have 9 followers-which is AWESOME for our very first day of blogging!! Can we get to 10, please? :D Then we'll aim for 20 and 30 and-ok I'm getting ahead of myself. Hehe.
Something that's funny about me is that I look almost exactly like Violet. We have the same hair and eye color, and both have feathery eyebrows. The only difference is that her hair is soft and flippy at the ends and mine is kind of chopped and straight :( But anyhoo, if you want to see pictures of us, go to Quinlyn's blog and click the "Meet The Dolls" button right below the header. :) We need to do something like that here, but it was a pretty long page and to replicate it could be difficult. Maybe Kirsten will do it-she's awful patient.
I have to go wake up Julie now and eat breakfast. Bye bye!
Love,
Leah

Hiya Peeps!
Julie
Hey Dudes!
It's me, your favorite doll EVER! JULIE! :D I'm so glad we have this new blog now. We're gonna post out the kazoo. Leah has yet to make her first post-she's kinda scared of the whole blogging world. Elsie pretty much refuses to even touch a computer. I don't know what's gotten into her. All the other girls want to post, though. I have a feeling we're all gonna be fighting like cats and dogs and mice for the computer this weekend. Sheesh!
Speaking of dogs, I have a dog named Coconut AND HE IS THE CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD...:D I love him so much. He's so cute. I got him last Christmas. Then Kirsten has her weird cats and Leah wants a dog. I think she wants Pepper, but you'll have to ask her.
The whole lot of us watched the CMA awards tonight. We cheered and cheered for Taylor Swift but she didn't win...it totally stunk. But they were fun to watch. :D As usual, we talked about how ugly/cool everyone's outfit was. Here's a short review of the outfits:
Taylor Swift: Good
Carrie Underwood: Umm...she wore a billion dresses...only two of which were nice.
Rascal Flatts: WHERE DID HE GET THAT SHIRT?? UGHH
Brad Paisley: Nice....black.
Miranda Lambert: Don't even get us started.
Yeah, as you can see, we're quite critical. :P
GTG, Kirsten's wanting me to get ready for bed and after that I'll probably play on the iPad for a while and yeah....BAI

Julie Albright
Hello...
Kirsten
Hello everyone...it's Kirsten! :) I just wanted to say Hi. Everything's going really smoothly around our house, since the ALOF dolls got a little place of their own. When they lived with us AG's, there were far too many dolls in that small house. I know Julie's gotten in a better mood since they left!
It's five days till Quinlyn's birthday and we dolls are planning on doing something nice for her. Well, at least me and Leah are. Julie's too caught up in if we're getting a new sister or not. I don't remember a day where I don't find her looking through the catalog, muttering to herself whether or not she likes Elizabeth, Lanie, Felicity, or whoever happens to appeal to her that day. It's quite funny to watch!
I should go now-Leah and Julie want me to watch a movie with them. :D
Love and hugs,
Kirsten Larson
